High caffeine with no sugar - give you a right boost before exercise. Sour tang but both me and the husband quite like the taste. Small bottles so easy to take with you if you need a caffeine hit. Would recommend

I don't like having too many additional caffeine inputs, particularly big energy drinks, but sometimes it's unavoidable and you need a bit of a boost to get you through the day or ready for an exercise session. Having just taken one of these, I'm really surprised at how quick the caffeine kicked in and how much more alert I feel. After about 10 minutes, my head is wide awake and I've been able to concentrate better. I'll be using these as a pre-cycling energy boost to get myself moving better, in addition to other pre-workout mixes for longer energy supply. As an energy / concentration boost, whether it's exercise or work concentration, these are fantastic and really work. The flavour is also quite nice. It says tropical, but it's more of a pleasant orange and pineapple sort of taste. It also doesn't leave your mouth feeling dry like many caffeine shots can.

These shots really delivered a great boost. You get 12 in the box and each contains a 60ml shot of supercharged caffeine. The shots have a surprisingly nice taste and are easy to drink. As the caps **** back on there is not problem in taking this in two hits if you are particularly sensitive to caffeine. These are a great pre workout supplement and whilst consuming them every day is not particularly healthy, using them intermittently to boost yourself before you workout is great. If you are looking for a periodic pre workout supplement then I would recommend these.

Even though these are only a small volume, I still struggle to drink it all in one go. They are absolutely packed with caffeine, and I do feel the hit pretty quickly. To the point where it's better to drink when I'm already at the gym rather than before I set off. Taste wise, you definitely get the lemon and lime flavour, they remind me of those frozen ice poles you get in summer. Good multi box too, so will last a few weeks.
