BCAA Instant 2:1:1 (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) (Soy Lecithin), L-Glutamine, Maltodextrin, L-Citruline Malate, L-Taurine, Electrolyte Blend (Magnesium Sulphate, Sodium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Potassium Chloride), Acidity regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose), Natural Colour (Beta Carotene in Orange & Passionfruit, Grape Skin Extract in Forest Berries), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL).
- Mix 1 level scoop (12.5 grams) in 250 ml of water and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. For best results, mix 25 g (2 level scoops) with 500 ml of water and take before, during and after workout.
