Pregnancy Multivitamin for women, with 21 expertly blended vitamins and nutrients, designed to support you and your baby¹, during your Pregnancy. The Department of Health recommends taking a daily supplement of 400μg of Folic Acid for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, when the baby's spine is developing. The importance of Folic Acid for pregnancy is well understood by new mums and by Seven Seas, which is why we include the recommended 400μg of Folic Acid¹ in Pregnancy 2 All Stages. Folic Acid contributes to normal blood formation and normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy¹.
