O.R.S Hydration Tablets add a perfectly balanced mix of electrolytes to water that allows your body to absorb fluids faster and stay hydrated for longer. O.R.S Hydration Tablets contain the perfect balance of electrolytes and a small amount of glucose (17kcal) that enables your body to absorb fluids faster through a process called electrolyte driven osmosis. O.R.S electrolyte-based tablets are an effective hydration solution for the whole family; whether you are an athlete in training, a commuter that travels regularly for work, having to cope with hot climates, or just looking to increase your hydration levels for health and wellbeing. Simply drop, dissolve, and drink in normal drinking water. Our hydration formula is available in 3 delicious natural flavours, lemon, strawberry, and blackcurrant. O.R.S Hydration Tablets are suitable for both kids and adults, using a vegan friendly formula free from gluten, lactose, and artificial preservatives. Supplements are not intended to be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. O.R.S Hydration Tablets are formulated to World Health Organisation oral rehydration standards, ensuring a reliable, safe, and effective hydration formula in every tablet. - For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink. 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. Sports & Exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours in accordance with the instructions.Safety WarningKeep out of the sight and reach of children.
