You get 1 tube with 18 tablets inside which is suggested you take 2 at a time. so there is 9 servings here. I got the lemon flavour and it does have a zesty lemon flavour but its not strong and doesnt last long. The tablets are more chalky and remind me of those lucozade energy tablets. Getting an energy boost does seem to work fairly quickly, ive tired it in situations where im tired or am about to exercise. I would likely get these again
Nice size for emergency in hand bags
I love having these in my badminton bag, mid way through the evening when playing league badminton I often feel the need for a boost and these are pleasant to chew and quick to give you that boost. I have been taking the blueberry lift glucose tablets for many years, so it’s nice to try a different flavour and this is a bigger pack to what I normally buy.

Pleasant flavour and I believe it does give me a boost!!
At first I thought these were dispersible in water like other brands on the market but infact these are chewable. Chalky in consistency when chewing but quite pleasant tasting.These tablets are quite large in size, similar to that of a 2p coin. Has various minerals and vitamins aswell as the glucose which provided me with an instant energy rush to help me get through my night shift on very little sleep. Containing 18 tablets per tube . Excellent value for money.
